Marion L. Phillips, CEO

MARION SECURITY AGENCY was founded in 1982 by Marion L. Phillips, P.I., after many years of active involvement in various aspects of the private security industry and public service. Portraying innate pride in the organization while believing effective leadership to be "key"; she has positioned MARION SECURITY AGENCY among the best in New Jersey.

Robert B. Phillips, Jr., President

Bob holds a B.S. Degree in Business Administration and Financial Services from Monmouth University. A New Jersey State Licensed Private Detective and State of New Jersey Certified SORA Instructor, he joined MARION SECURITY AGENCY in 1984. With demonstrated experience in delivering professional security services across a diverse client base; Bob is responsible for the daily management of the business of the corporation.

Anthony Frusco, Vice President

Commencing his career in the private security industry in 1995; Tony formerly maintained responsible management positions for an International security provider. From 2004 until 2008 he represented MARION SECURITY AGENCY as Director of Operations. As Vice President, Tony oversees total client support, fleet management and all aspects of the Agency´s Operations Division. Tony possesses an Associates Degree in Criminal Justice from Middlesex County College.

Terry O´Rourke, Trainer / Inspector, Operations

Following an extensive career of active involvement in security management and investigations; Trainer / Inspector O´Rourke represents MARION SECURITY AGENCY in the field conducting around-the-clock, client visitations. Honored with professional Certification from the State of New Jersey; Terry is MARION SECURITY AGENCY´S primary Certified SORA Instructor. His admirable supervisory experience defines Agency operational standards and goals as liaison to the Security Officer on duty.

Ismail Serafi, Inspector, Operations

A lifelong professional is one of the many positive aspects of this dedicated, honest and conscientious Inspector. Commanding decades of "hands-on" experience; Ismail´s sound interpersonal skills serve to motivate personnel while achieving maximum productivity for MARION SECURITY AGENCY. Inspector Serafi´s´s fine reputation for integrity assures an environment dedicated to providing top level service while guaranteeing client and Security Officer satisfaction.

Marjorie Durdack, Investigative Consultant

A NJ State Licensed Private Detective, Marjorie has been with MARION SECURITY AGENCY since the inception of the corporation in 1982. Previously fulfilling professional management responsibilities on a full-time basis after many years of private sector experience; she now provides consultation services as a Private Investigator.

Human Resources and Scheduling

Brenda Bullock, a State of New Jersey Certified SORA Instructor, Dawn Sullivan and Amy Rydholm comprise the Human Resources Department at MARION SECURITY AGENCY. Attention to detail transfers into an unsurpassed standard of quality in every aspect of Security Officer screening, selection, placement and client scheduling. Brenda has been with the Agency since 1988, with Dawn joining the team in 2005 and Amy coming on board in 2008.

Administration and Bookkeeping

Carol Bartolotti and Beverly Ryser have set the standard for excellence in this highly intricate area. Dedicating themselves to state-of-the-art professional software solutions; all aspects of MARION SECURITY AGENCY´S administrative function are accomplished in-house. Carol joined the agency in 1994 with Beverly adding her expertise in 1997.

Uniform Services

Donna Cummins is accountable for uniform inventory control, ordering, alterations and seamstress responsibilities while inspiring encouragement in maintaining the Security Officer´s image. Her unique skill and competence assure a professional appearing "first line of defense" for the MARION SECURITY AGENCY client. Donna joined the corporation in 1999.
