Up to the minute records of security patrol activity and safety checks are documented and available for client review allowing for effective risk management and loss prevention operations. Likewise, MARION SECURITY AGENCY'S Headquarters facility is equipped with the latest in scheduling, bookkeeping and community resident database software solutions geared specifically to the business of private security and the professional Security Officer. Upon client request, while allowing for proficient access control, the security gatehouse may be computerized to suit a client's needs.

THE PROFESSIONAL OFFICER ............

is an Officer on duty who is a totally-equipped and fully-uniformed "first line of defense". MARION SECURITY AGENCY maintains a complete complement of security equipment and uniforms for its Security Officers at its, stocked and continuously replenished, Headquarters Uniform Supply Room . An ongoing uniform exchange program is available allowing for replacement gear at any time, while an on-staff seamstress accomplishes uniform alterations as required. Uniforms may be customized to comply with the valued client's specifications and is accomplished on a regular basis.

THE PROFESSIONAL OFFICER ............

is a trained Officer. In accordance with the New Jersey State Police Security Officer Registration Act (SORA); MARION SECURITY AGENCY provides for Security Officer Certification Training, along with re-certification training, at its Headquarters in Red Bank, New Jersey. Classes are conducted by one of the Agency’s on-staff Certified Security Officer Instructors in its fully equipped Training Room. In addition to site-specific instruction, topics incorporated are: Introduction to Security, Ethics, Report Writing, Communications and Incident Command System, Homeland Security, Use of Force, Detention of Suspects, Theft Prevention, Fire Prevention, Motor Vehicle Patrol, Street Gangs, CPR/First Aid/A.E.D., and Media Relations. Understanding training to be the best protection; MARION SECURITY AGENCY houses a library of training films published by the Professional Security Training Network. These films cover all aspects of the security industry and include The Basic and Advanced Security Officer Training Series. In addition to being utilized for training purposes; the films are available at all times for Security Officer viewing.

THE PROFESSIONAL OFFICER ............

is an experienced Officer who is a recipient of on-going supervision and encouragement from management of MARION SECURITY AGENCY subsequent to site assignment. Personal contact with Headquarters is encouraged while client on-site inspections are conducted around-the-clock, seven days a week by MARION SECURITY AGENCY'S site Inspectors . Professionally marked and fully equipped inspection patrol vehicles are utilized for this purpose. Any infractions noted are documented for client review.
